Ryan Elmore is a seasoned California real estate investor with two decades of experience in the industry. Originally hailing from Long Beach California, Ryan went to a high school at Long Beach Poly. He attended USD before embarking on a career in real estate.

Before becoming a real estate investor Ryan was a high school teacher, an experience that profoundly shaped his values of diversity, community, and compassion. Interacting with the diverse and vibrant population of the greater Los Angeles and Orange County metropolitan area during his teaching years laid the foundation for his commitment to these principles.

Transitioning to Real Estate - Property Inspecting

Ryan's transition from teaching to the world of business and entrepreneurship was a turning point in his career. He recognized his passion for real estate and decided to channel his energy into this field. He underwent rigorous training and became a property inspector first as a novice with a firm and then on his own as a small business.
